Refund Policy

PGP is a digital platform that provides immediate access to tools, rotator visibility, affiliate benefits, and real-time system features. By using our platform, you agree to the following refund policy:

1. Daily $5 Activations

All $5 daily activations are non-refundable. Each activation provides 24-hour access to your personalized link, back office, rotator entries, and commission eligibility. Because access is granted instantly and the benefits are delivered in real time, refunds are not possible once activated.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

PGP takes chargebacks very seriously. When you make a purchase on our platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to receive immediate digital access and value.

Filing a chargeback after receiving access to the system, digital tools, rotator entries, commission eligibility, or affiliate features is considered a misuse of the payment system and may be treated as attempted fraud.

We aggressively dispute all chargebacks using detailed internal records.
If you believe a purchase was made in error, please contact us at billing@peoplegettingpaid.com before initiating a dispute.

We pursue all chargebacks with our payment processor using digital records and evidence. Users who file dishonest disputes may be reported to industry-wide fraud prevention lists.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate billing or proven technical error resulting in failure to access the product. Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.
