People Getting Paid – Terms of Service

Welcome to People Getting Paid ("PGP"), a system operated by Unemployable, LLC. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the People Getting Paid system. By creating an account, you affirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Daily Access Model

Each $5 payment grants you 24-hour access to the system. Access includes:

• Personalized referral link
• Private back office
• 5 rotator entries (active for 24 hours)
• Peer-to-peer payment eligibility
• Community features
• Ability to receive and track payments from other members

This is not a subscription. Your access expires after 24 hours unless reactivated.

3. No Guarantee of Earnings

People Getting Paid is designed to facilitate community-driven peer-to-peer payments. There is no guarantee of income. Earnings depend entirely on your participation, consistency, referrals, and community activity.

4. Compensation Structure

Our compensation system is built around a pass-up and rotator model:

• Of your first 10 referrals: you keep 1, 3, 5, 7, 9
• Referrals 2 and 4 go to your inviter
• Referrals 6, 8, and 10 go to the rotator
• After your 10th referral, you keep 100% of your $5 payments
• 6th, 8th, and 10th sales from all members go to the rotator
• Boost upgrades ($20, $100) increase rotator entries and commission eligibility

System rules may evolve to ensure fairness, scalability, and sustainability.

5. Rotator Participation

Rotator entries are granted through daily activations, Founders Passes, and optional Boosts. While entries increase your chance of receiving rotator payments, no payment is ever guaranteed.

You must remain an active member to be eligible. The system randomly selects eligible entries for each rotator-triggered payout and tracks distribution transparently.

6. Refund Policy

All payments, including $5 activations, Boosts, and Founders Passes, are non-refundable. These payments grant immediate digital access and visibility. By participating, you acknowledge that all purchases are final.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent earnings or system benefits
• Engage in spamming, unethical marketing, or deceptive claims
• Attempt to manipulate rotator outcomes or referral tracking
• Share or sell your account or dashboard access

Violation may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.

8. Independent Contractors

All members who receive payments are considered independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own taxes and financial reporting. U.S. members earning over $600/year will receive a 1099-MISC.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration or small claims court in the jurisdiction of Utah, under the laws of the United States. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

People Getting Paid takes chargebacks very seriously. When you make a purchase on our platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to receive immediate digital access and value.

Filing a chargeback after receiving access to the system, digital tools, rotator entries, commission eligibility, or affiliate features is considered a misuse of the payment system and may be treated as attempted fraud.

By participating, you agree that:

• You have read and agreed to our Refund Policy and understand that all payments are final.
• You received immediate value in the form of system access, tracking links, dashboard tools, and peer-to-peer visibility.
• System logs, IP addresses, timestamps, and internal usage records may be submitted as evidence in any dispute.

If you file a chargeback without contacting support:

• Your account may be permanently suspended
• You will forfeit all current and future rotator entries
• You will forfeit any earned or pending commissions
• Your name, IP, and email may be flagged in fraud prevention databases
• We reserve the right to recover losses via collections agency or small claims court

We aggressively dispute all chargebacks using detailed internal records.
If you believe a purchase was made in error, please contact us at support@peoplegettingpaid.com before initiating a dispute.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the site, and continued use of the system constitutes agreement to the new terms.
