Rotator Rules & Legal Disclosure

Effective Date: August 6, 2025

The People Getting Paid system includes a rotator-based compensation structure. This document explains how it works and outlines important legal and operational disclosures.

1. What is the Rotator?

The rotator is a randomization system that distributes certain $5 payments across eligible active members. It is designed to reward participation, boosts, and Founders Pass holders with additional exposure and earning potential, even if they are not actively referring others.

2. How Rotator Entries Are Earned

3. How Rotator Payouts Are Triggered

4. No Guarantee of Payout

Rotator entries increase your chance of receiving $5 payments, but they do not guarantee them. All selection is randomized from a pool of eligible entries that have not already been chosen that day.

Participants understand and agree that:

5. System Transparency

The rotator system logs all selections and entries. While individual rotator selections may not be publicly posted, we reserve the right to share summaries, rotator leaderboard data, or rotator win rates to build community trust and ensure system integrity.

6. Abuse or Manipulation

Any attempt to manipulate rotator outcomes — including fake accounts, duplicate activations, bot entries, or automated claiming systems — will result in immediate termination of access and forfeiture of all commissions and entries.

7. Updates & Adjustments

The Company reserves the right to adjust rotator mechanics at any time in order to improve fairness, scale the system, or respond to user behavior or traffic patterns. Updates will be communicated in the platform or via email.
