Affiliate Agreement

Effective Date: November 24, 2025

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Unemployable, LLC (the “Company”) and you (the “Affiliate”). By creating an account, activating access, or promoting the People Getting Paid system (the “Program”), you agree to the terms below.

1. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, joint-venturer, or legal representative of the Company. You are solely responsible for:

The Company does not provide employee benefits, does not withhold taxes, and is not responsible for your debts, obligations, or liabilities.

2. Program Overview & Access

When you pay a US $5 activation, you receive a 24-hour pass to the People Getting Paid back office. During that 24-hour access window you may receive:

Access is one day (24 hours) at a time. This is not a subscription. You choose when to pay $5 and when not to.

3. Commission Structure – $5 Activations

Commissions on the core US $5 activation are primarily paid peer-to-peer and follow the structure below:

The Company may adjust or withhold commissions in cases of fraud, fake activations, chargebacks, policy violations, or misuse of the system.

4. Optional Boosts & Upgrade Commissions

Affiliates may optionally purchase Boosts, which increase visibility in the Community Cash-Line and unlock additional upgrade commissions:

To receive any Boost commissions, you must be at the appropriate Boost level (e.g., have an active $20 or $100 Boost) at the time the upgrade sale is processed. If you are not at the required Boost level, the applicable Boost commission may roll up to the next eligible upline member who is properly boosted.

5. Founders Pass & 50% Upgrade Commissions

The Program offers an optional Founders Pass upgrade (available in quarterly, annual, and lifetime options or as otherwise published in the back office). The Founders Pass is not required to participate in the core $5 activations, but it provides additional leverage and commission potential:

6. The Community Cash-Line (Rotator)

The Program includes a community-based rotator, referred to as the Community Cash-Line. Key points:

The Community Cash-Line is further governed by the separate Rotator Terms published by the Company, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

7. Licensing / Infrastructure Fee

To keep the system sustainable and reduce fake or unverified activations, the Program uses a licensing/infrastructure fee system:

The Company may update how licensing fees are structured or settled in the future. Any changes will be posted in the back office or Terms and will apply prospectively.

8. Payouts & Payment Methods

The Program is primarily a peer-to-peer payout system:

You understand that processing times, fees, and limitations may be controlled by your chosen payment provider and are outside the Company’s control.

9. Eligibility to Earn Commissions

To be eligible to earn and keep any commissions in the Program:

The Company reserves the right to deny or reverse commissions if the above conditions are not met at the time of activation or payout.

10. Tracking Links & Prohibited Practices

To ensure accurate crediting of activations and commissions:

Any suspected abuse may result in immediate suspension, loss of positions, and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

11. Ethical Conduct & Marketing Compliance

As an Affiliate, you agree to conduct yourself ethically and lawfully, including but not limited to:

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, removal from the Rotator, and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

12. No Income Guarantees & Illustrative Examples

Any income figures, daily earning examples (e.g., “$100+/day” scenarios), or community success stories shown on the website or in marketing materials are illustrative only.

13. Refund Policy

Because activations provide instant digital access and payouts are largely peer-to-peer:

14. Taxes & Reporting (U.S. Residents)

You are responsible for tracking your earnings and paying all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. If you are located in the United States:

15. Termination & Account Suspension

The Company may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your affiliate access at any time, including but not limited to:

Upon termination, you may lose access to your affiliate dashboard, rotator positions, and any unpaid commissions at the Company’s discretion. Decisions regarding termination and forfeiture are final.

16. Modifications to the Program & Agreement

The Company may update the Program, commission structure, licensing fees, or this Agreement at any time:

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

18. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located within Utah, to which you consent to personal jurisdiction.
