Affiliate Agreement
Effective Date: August 6, 2025
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Unemployable, LLC ("Company") and you ("Affiliate") upon your participation in the People Getting Paid system. By accessing or promoting the platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Independent Contractor Status
You are not an employee, partner, or agent of the Company. You are acting as an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your earnings, business activities, and tax reporting obligations.
2. Earnings and Commissions
- You earn $5 peer-to-peer commissions for qualifying referrals.
- Of your first 10 personal referrals, you keep sales 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9.
- Sales 2 and 4 are passed to your inviter. Sales 6, 8, and 10 go to the community rotator.
- After your 10th referral, you keep 100% of all future $5 payments you personally generate.
- You may also earn boost commissions: $10 on $20 boosts and $50 on $100 boosts, provided you are also boosted at the time of the sale.
- If you are not boosted, these commissions roll up to the next eligible upline member.
- A $1 licensing fee is applied to every confirmed $5 payment. This fee is retained by the Company to cover technology, infrastructure, and compliance costs.
3. Eligibility and Conditions
- You must be an active member (paid $5 within the past 24 hours) to earn any commissions.
- You must use your own MailBot or system-assigned tracking link for credit.
- You may not manipulate, clone, or misrepresent affiliate links.
4. Ethical Conduct
- No spamming, false claims, or deceptive advertising.
- No use of unauthorized logos, brand assets, or misleading language.
- You agree to accurately represent earnings potential and include the required income disclaimer on any public-facing promotions.
- Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Payment Thresholds
All commissions are paid peer-to-peer unless otherwise arranged. If centralized or company-managed payouts are used, the Company may require a minimum threshold for disbursement or compliance verification (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, or manual payouts).
6. 1099 Tax Reporting (U.S. Residents)
If you are located in the United States and earn more than $600 in commissions in a calendar year, the Company may issue a 1099-MISC form and report your income to the IRS.
7. Termination and Revocation
The Company reserves the right to terminate your affiliate access at any time for violation of this Agreement, unethical behavior, or misuse of the system. All decisions are final and not subject to arbitration or appeal.
8. Modification of Terms
The Company may update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation as an Affiliate constitutes agreement to the most current version of the terms.
